Fantastic Central Stay
convenient location nice visit
The location was central. I could easily walk to many attractions. There was a famous pastel de nata store right next door (an added bonus!). The hotel also arranged day trips, including a nice visit to Sintra. I found this service very convenient.
The breakfast pastries were a bit basic, tasting like they were pre-packaged. Given the excellent local bakeries nearby, this was a bit disappointing. I expected fresher options considering the hotel's reputation and price point.

Our suite had two balconies and was quite large. An extra bed was added for my third daughter, and there was still plenty of space. The spacious apartment was very comfortable for our group.

The staff was attentive. Pedro offered restaurant recommendations with vegetarian options, even sending a text later. The hotel shipped my sunglasses back to the us after i left them behind.

spacious rooms comfortable beds friendly staff basic breakfast cheap cheese unfresh pastries
the hotel have very spacious rooms and comfortable beds. the staff was great and friendly to me. the lift was a plus since my room was on an upper floor.
the breakfast i pay extra for, was pretty basic, i think. the pastries seemed like those bought at the store, not fresh. ham and cheese seems a cheap product, i not like.

faulty air conditioning unsecured safe
The air conditioning unit did not work. Housekeeping staff could not fix this. Hot water was inconsistent and not always available. The safe was not secured to the wall and could not be locked.
